How Sport CRM spots players who may be about to quit (absences in a row, a debt, falling attendance) and gives a manager a task every morning to call the family.

Children rarely quit out of the blue: first come the absences, then a debt, then silence. Churn risk checks every active player each day and lists those showing warning signs, while there is still time to call and sort things out.
The module comes with the Club and Academy plans.
Who can
Managers, support and the owner. Coaches don't see this list.
The signs

| attendance fell | over the last 30 days the player came at least 30 percentage points less often than in the 30 days before (with 4 marks or more in each) |
Absences and attendance count only in a club that keeps attendance, and the debt only with the finance module.
Where to look
The club's Overview has a Risk of quitting card with the first five players and their signs. Click All (…) → for the whole list.
The full list is under Reports → Risk of quitting. For each player you see:
- the Signs and the team;
- Missed in a row and Last came;
- Attendance, before → now, 100% → 40% for example;
- the Balance and since when the debt runs;
- the Task: who has it.
Click a name to open the player's profile and call the parents.
The daily task
Every morning the system creates a task about each new player on the list: "… may quit: get in touch with the family", with the signs in its note. It goes to the club's first manager (support or the owner when there is no manager) and is due today. Tasks show under Tasks and in My tasks on the overview.
- One open task per player.
- Once a task is closed, the next one about the same player comes no sooner than 30 days later, even if the signs are still there.
Tasks are made only if the club runs the tasks module. More in Tasks.
In the app
The Risk of quitting card is on the Overview; All (…) → opens the full list.
Tips
- Talked to the family? Close the task and note what you agreed.
- The debt sign goes as soon as the payment is recorded: see Record a payment.
- Child ill? Mark "Excused" and the absences won't count as a risk.
FAQ
A player hasn't come for weeks but isn't on the list
The list looks only at active players and only at marks. Sessions without marks mean no absences. Archived players and players on trial aren't checked.
The player is back but still on the list
The list is worked out each time you open it. "3 absences in a row" goes with the first "In" mark; "attendance fell" once new marks even things out.
