Sport CRMPush notifications in the app
Which notifications reach your phone from the Sport CRM app, how to turn them on, and what to do when they don't arrive.

A push notification pops up on your phone even when the app is closed. Tap it and the app opens on the right screen: the child's page, the task, the lead.
Push notifications only work in the Sport CRM app (for Android at the moment, on Google Play). In a browser, notifications are in the bell at the top of the page.
Who gets them
Everyone who signs in to the app: parents, coaches, managers, the owner. Each about what concerns them.
Turn them on
- Install the app and sign in with your account.
- After the first sign-in, the phone asks whether to allow notifications. Tap Allow.
- Said no, or not sure? Open Menu → Settings, the Push notifications block:
- Turn on: the phone asks again;
- Open settings: if the phone has already blocked them, allow notifications for Sport CRM in the phone's settings and come back to the app.
- When it works, the block says "On: club notifications come to this phone."
What comes

Tips
- Signed out? That phone gets no more pushes. Sign back in and they return.
- Use the app on two phones? Pushes go to both.
- Notifications come in the language chosen in your settings.
FAQ
Notifications don't arrive
In Menu → Settings, check that the Push notifications block says "On". Check the phone's battery saver and "Do not disturb". And check that the event concerns you: an announcement, for example, only goes to the parents of that team's children.
There's no "Push notifications" block in the settings
It only appears in the app on a real phone, not in a browser or an emulator.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. On an iPhone, open the portal in the browser at app.sportcrm.app. Notifications are in the bell, and reminders can come by Telegram.
